Christmas Party

This year was so much fun. We decided to do homemade gifts. All the cousins drew names and made gifts for each other. It was so neat to see all there talents and the love that went into all the gifts. These kids are so amazing! The kids did a nativity play and Grandma read stories. It was easy to feel the Christmas spirit this year with all of our little angels. (can angels be wild and crazy?)

Christmas Shopping

Every year we get together and help Dad get Mom's Christmas. We had a blast and went out to eat at Tennpanyaki. It now has become our secret getaway from our kids and to hang out with our Daddy. We look forward to it every year!

Jared's Back!

Yay, our army boy is home! We haven't got to see much of him, but long enough for him to teach the neices and nephews some great fighting moves. Thanks Jared! We are so happy to have him home and happy.

We had so much fun at the girls birthday party. We played wrap the mummy, redrover, treasure hunt, halloween charades. Alex and Cera were amazing help and made everything wonderful, thanks girls!

We had a fun weekend playing at aunt Laura's house while the boys went up to the property to fix the trailer. Cousins are the best!!

Our Ophir Adventure

We decided we had better get out before the weather got to cold. Jake, Dad and I (Millie) headed out towards Tooele. We drove up a couple of small canyons, picked up some brigham tea and found the small mining town of Ophir. The town was one small street lined with cute homes and some town history. Each side of this town jetted up into beautiful canyon walls. I had no idea this amazing little town existed. We had a snack and walked around a little. Don't worry, I didn't let Dad get to far!

Surgery again?

Dad and I (Millie) went down to Blanding this past weekend for Grandma's 96Th birthday. I left him down there to recover and play with his brothers. Yesterday he slipped and fractured his femer bone. It was, and is still very painful. His sweet and amazing brothers pulled an all night er and transported him up to Utah Valley last night. We are so thankful for our uncles! Dad will be having an emergency surgery today to replace his hip again. Please everyone, pray for our daddy once again. We love you all, and thank you for your previous prayers and love!

It's a girl!

Brent and Millie had their ultrasound. Jake's going to have a baby sister! He is so excited! He woke up this morning and said, " Mom, I love my baby sister." So cute!

Our newest addition!

Timothy Jonathan Black, came to our family on Saturday morning. It was a miracle Jared was able to make it home! His Sargent had to help sneak him out to catch his flight and he made it home Friday night. Camille's doctors said they could wait and rescheduled her c-section for Saturday morning. Everything worked out perfect! Jared got to see his fist baby boy come into the world, we were all ecstatic. It was like Christmas! Camille and baby Johny are doing good, and Jared left Sunday headed back to Texas for his medical training until November.
